XAUTERMINAL help and support

I did not receive my code

Check spam, promotions and the spelling of your email. You can log in again with the same email: XAUTERMINAL will send a new code if the account is not confirmed yet.

I paid but cannot access

Log in again and open My account. If the Stripe return was interrupted, the site tries to resync access. If it remains blocked, contact support with your account email.

Forgot password

Use the reset page to receive a secure link. The link expires automatically and should never be shared.

Manage my subscription

From My account, use the Stripe button to manage your payment method, subscription or invoices. XAUTERMINAL does not store card numbers.

Terminal access

The full terminal is reserved for confirmed accounts with an active trial or subscription. If your account is confirmed but has no Stripe plan, choose a plan from the landing page or My account.

Account security

Use a unique password, keep access to your email and avoid sharing your account. If in doubt, change your password from the account area.

Before contacting support

  1. Check that your email is confirmed with the latest code received.
  2. If you paid, log in again and open My account to trigger automatic synchronization.
  3. If access remains blocked, contact support with your account email and, if possible, the Stripe payment time.
